Diodes AVX SMxJ, TVS, etc.
KYOCERA AVX Schottky rectifier diodes offer a unique pinless chip packaging technology that eliminates the wire connection of the lead frame to ensure symmetry at the top and bottom of the chip to reduce mounting problems, better heat transfer and current control ability (compared to SOD devices).
The KYOCERA AVX SMxJ series Transient Voltage Suppression diodes (TVS) are designed in a general format of diodes for general-purpose transient suppression. They are based on highly reliable rectifier technology with passivated glass and low leakage. These TVS diodes are standard industrial components with three peak power values - 400 watts, 600 watts and 1500 watts. They have flat clamping characteristics, unidirectional or bidirectional polarity and very fast response time.
Series: SMxJ, TVS.
